Leading Dimensions Consulting, LLC (LDC) was formed in 2010 through the collaboration of Michael P. McCoy and Dr. R. Douglas Waldo, both of Tampa Bay, FL.  McCoy, a senior executive in the financial industry, joined Waldo, a consultant in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and professor of Strategic Leadership, to develop a leading-edge assessment platform.  After over 20,000 assessments administered, LDC is now a global provider of behavioral profiles and employment surveys, with affiliates on five continents.

Serving employers of all sizes and types, from sole proprietors to multi-national corporations, LDC’s assessments are used in a variety of individual, team, and organizational applications, including: employment selection, training and development, leadership coaching, and organizational engagement.  LDC supports its assessments with extensive research, consulting, and training programs that ensure scientific rigor is transformed into practical, user-friendly solutions that are ideally suited for today’s workplace.
